On behalf of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, I am pleased to invite you to join the School in the “City of Light” to learn from renowned thought leaders and to explore new ideas and business trends during the 44th Global Forum. On October 10-11, Wharton faculty, alumni and business leaders from around the world will gather in Paris to discuss the challenges and solutions surrounding the theme “Talent.”

Under the leadership of Forum Chairmen Antoine Dréan, WG’92, and Nicolas Topiol, WG’91, and in partnership with Wharton Alumni Relations and Lifelong Learning, the Forum’s Organizing Committee is shaping content that will focus on the ways in which organizations across industries can cultivate, motivate and maximize talent. Considering the context in which we live and work, the Forum’s programming will provide multiple opportunities to examine topics such as negotiation strategies, creating a culture of innovation, managing up the chain of command, and leveraging creativity in the workplace.

In the event you are unfamiliar with Wharton’s Global Forums, these events are held each year to facilitate discussion on topics of interest to business leaders, engage alumni through Lifelong Learning, and build the Wharton brand worldwide. Another major benefit is the opportunity for meaningful networking.

I hope that you will join us for this engaging and thought-provoking conference.

With best wishes,

Thomas S. Robertson
